In short. A Frost account is free. A license is a one-time crypto payment that unlocks the client for 30 days or for the lifetime of the product, on one computer, for you alone. Using Frost on Hypixel breaks Hypixel's rules and can get your Minecraft account banned for good; that risk is yours.
If you are a consumer, the law of your country may give you rights these terms cannot take away. Nothing here limits them.
§1 This agreement #
These terms are an agreement between you and Frost ("Frost", "we", "us"), the operator of frostclient.xyz. They apply when you use frostclient.xyz, create a Frost account, buy a license or use the Frost client.
These documents are part of the agreement: the End User License Agreement for the software, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Refund and Payment Policy. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data; it is information, not contract terms. If documents conflict, these terms apply, except that the EULA governs use of the software itself.
You accept these terms by ticking the box when you register, by signing up with Discord, or by buying or using a license.
In these terms, a consumer is a person buying mainly for purposes outside their trade, business or profession. A business customer is anyone buying for those purposes. Where these terms say something applies "where the law requires it", that includes the consumer protection law of the country where you live.
§2 Who can use Frost #
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract where you live.
- You must not be barred from using Frost, Discord or NOWPayments by law, including EU and other sanctions law.
- You must not use Frost if we have previously closed your account or revoked your license for breaking these terms, unless we agree in writing.
- You use Frost for your own personal use. If you use it for a business, the consumer-specific statements in these terms do not apply to you.
§3 Your Frost account #
- Give a real email address you control, and keep it current.
- One person per account. Do not share your account or sign in to someone else's, and do not hand your account or license to someone else to use, even for a while.
- Keep your password, sessions and license key secret. You are responsible for activity on your account that you could reasonably have prevented. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
- If you sign up with Discord, your Discord account is your way in until you set a password. Losing access to that Discord account can mean losing access to your Frost account.
§4 Discord requirement #
You must connect a Discord account before buying. The license is issued to that Discord user ID, and once issued you cannot unlink that Discord account from your Frost account. Support and community access run through the Frost Discord server.
Discord is a separate service with its own terms. If Discord suspends or deletes your Discord account, we may need to verify you another way before helping you; we are not responsible for Discord's decisions.
§5 Licenses and plans #
A Frost account does not include a license. The pricing page and your account show the current plans and prices before you pay. On 4 October 2026 they are:
- 30 days: access for 30 days, counted from the moment your license is issued, not from first use. It does not renew automatically.
- Lifetime: a license with no expiry date. It works for as long as Frost operates the client and the license service. We cannot promise how long that will be.
Each account can hold one license. A license works on one computer at a time (see the EULA), is for you only, and may not be sold, shared or transferred.
Licenses are delivered in your account after payment is confirmed. Keys issued another way, for example by Frost staff in Discord, are also covered by these terms.
§6 How a purchase works #
- The plans on the pricing page and in your account are an invitation to buy, not a binding offer.
- In your account you tick the box asking for immediate delivery and choose a plan. That sends your offer to buy that plan at the price shown.
- We accept your offer by opening a NOWPayments invoice for it. The contract is concluded at that moment. Checkout offers an order confirmation file for download before opening the payment page; keep that file for your records.
- Until you pay the invoice you can still change your mind: close the invoice page and nothing is charged. You can check the plan and price on the invoice before paying.
- Your order, its status and these terms stay available in your account and on this site. The confirmation file records what you bought, when, and your request for immediate delivery; you can download it again from your account.
- Contracts are concluded in English.
§7 Prices and payment #
- Prices are shown in US dollars and paid in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, operated by FD Transfers LLC. NOWPayments shows the currencies it accepts, the exact amount to send and where to send it.
- Send the exact amount shown, in the currency and network shown, before the invoice expires. Network or exchange fees are yours, and the amount that arrives must cover the invoice.
- Your order is confirmed when NOWPayments reports the payment as finished and we verify it. If less than the invoice amount arrives, or a payment cannot be matched, the order goes to manual review and no license is issued until it is resolved.
- An invoice with nothing received after 7 days is closed. A payment that still arrives later is checked and handled like any other.
- You can hold one unfinished order at a time.
- The price shown is the price you pay. Frost does not add VAT or other sales taxes on top.
The Refund and Payment Policy covers wrong amounts, duplicate payments and refunds in more detail.
§8 Refunds and your right to withdraw #
A license is delivered as soon as your payment is confirmed. Before you pay, checkout asks you to agree to that immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, where the legal conditions are met, you lose your 14-day right to withdraw once delivery starts. Checkout offers a confirmation file for download before opening the payment page; you can download it again from your account. After delivery, licenses are not refundable, except where the law requires it, for example if the software is faulty and cannot be fixed. Payment errors are handled as described in the Refund and Payment Policy.
§9 Using the software #
The EULA sets out what your license lets you do with the client. In short: install and use it on one computer for your own play; do not copy, share, resell, modify or crack it. The client must reach the Frost license service at least every 72 hours, and only official Frost builds activate.
A license covers the Frost client for the Minecraft versions Frost supports at the time. We work to follow new Minecraft releases but do not promise to support any particular future version, and some features may not carry over. This applies to Lifetime licenses too.
Installing Frost is your responsibility; the downloads page explains it. Support is given through the Frost Discord server on a best-effort basis. It does not include one-to-one setup help unless we say so.
Frost requires a legitimate copy of Minecraft: Java Edition, the Minecraft version and mod loader listed on the downloads page, and a compatible Java runtime. You are responsible for your own setup.
§10 Acceptable use #
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. It covers abuse of Frost's own systems, payments and licenses.
§11 Third-party platforms and your game account #
Frost automates gameplay on Hypixel SkyBlock. Hypixel's server rules forbid macros and disallowed modifications, and Hypixel can suspend or permanently ban accounts that use them, including everything on the account. Mojang's EULA and Usage Guidelines also set rules for mods. Hypixel, Mojang, Microsoft and Discord are not part of this agreement and do not endorse Frost.
- You decide whether to run Frost and on which accounts.
- We do not promise that Frost is undetectable, that failsafes will prevent a ban, or that any account is safe.
- We cannot reverse a ban, restore items or coins, or intervene with Hypixel, Mojang or Microsoft.
- A ban by a third party does not by itself entitle you to a refund, but it does not remove any right the law gives you.
Third-party platforms and game-account risk explains this in full.
§12 Availability, updates and changes #
Frost is beta software. Features can stop working when Minecraft, Fabric or Hypixel change, and some modules may be changed or removed. We work to keep the client running on the supported Minecraft version but cannot promise uninterrupted service.
We may release updates. Older builds can stop activating once a newer build replaces them, so you may need to download the current build from your account.
If we make a change that substantially reduces what a paid license gives you, we will tell you in advance where we can, and you keep any rights the law gives you for digital content that no longer matches what you paid for.
§13 Suspension and termination #
You can stop using Frost and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account does not by itself refund or revoke a license; see Account deletion.
We may suspend your account for a time, restrict features, or revoke your license if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, the EULA or the Acceptable Use Policy, for example by sharing or reselling a license, running a modified client, attacking our systems, paying fraudulently or reversing a payment you made. Before we do, a person reviews the evidence. Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
When we revoke a license for a breach by you, you lose access without a refund, except where the law requires one. If Frost stops operating the client or the license service, licenses stop working at that point; Lifetime and unexpired licenses are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
Sections that by their nature should continue, such as intellectual property, limitations of liability and governing law, continue after termination.
§14 Intellectual property #
Frost, the client, the website, the Frost name and logo, and their content belong to the operator or its licensors. Your license is permission to use the software under the EULA; it does not transfer ownership. Minecraft, Hypixel and Discord names and content belong to their owners. See Copyright and intellectual property.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without paying you or crediting you.
§15 What we promise and what we do not #
We will provide Frost with reasonable care and skill, describe it accurately and deliver what you paid for. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, Frost is provided "as is" and "as available": we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every system, or fit for a purpose we have not described.
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights about digital content that is faulty or not as described, for example under EU law to have it brought into conformity, a price reduction or a refund, and under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair, replacement or refund. These terms do not limit those rights.
§16 Limits on our liability #
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for breaching your statutory consumer rights.
Subject to that:
- We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably foresee, or for losses caused by your breach of these terms.
- We are not responsible for action taken by Hypixel, Mojang, Microsoft, Discord or NOWPayments against your accounts, including bans and loss of in-game items, coins or progress, because that risk is described above and you choose whether to accept it.
- We are not responsible for business losses such as lost profit or revenue.
- Our total liability to you for all claims about Frost is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
§17 Claims caused by your misuse #
If you use Frost for a business, or where the law otherwise allows it, you will cover our reasonable costs of a third-party claim that results from you breaking these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. This does not apply to consumers where the law forbids it.
§18 Governing law and disputes #
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, and the courts of Lithuania hear disputes. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a problem informally. Consumers can also take a dispute out of court to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt). We do not require arbitration and do not ask you to give up joining a class or group action.
§19 Changes to these terms #
We may change these terms to reflect changes to Frost, the law or how we operate. For a change that affects your rights or obligations, we will announce it on this site and in the Frost Discord server at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using Frost and delete your account before the change applies; where the change is significant and you have paid time left, contact us about a pro-rata refund. Corrections and changes that do not reduce your rights take effect when published.
§20 General #
- If a court finds part of these terms invalid, the rest stays in force.
- If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to someone who takes over Frost, and will tell you if that happens; it will not reduce your rights.
- These terms and the documents they refer to are the whole agreement between us about Frost.
- These terms are written in English. A translation, if we publish one, is for convenience.
§21 Contact and legal notices #
Open a support ticket in the Frost Discord server for everything, including formal notices; tickets are kept as a record. Operator details are on the Legal notice page.
