In short. Frost is an independent mod. It is not made, approved or endorsed by Mojang, Microsoft, Hypixel or Discord. Hypixel's rules forbid the kind of automation Frost does, and Hypixel can ban your account permanently for it. Frost cannot prevent that, reverse it or compensate you for it.

Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation; Minecraft content is © Mojang AB. The Hypixel and Hypixel SkyBlock names belong to Hypixel Inc. Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. Other names belong to their owners. We use these names only to describe what Frost works with. Footage and screenshots on this site show Minecraft gameplay recorded with Frost.

Following Frost's rules does not mean you are following anyone else's.
§4 Hypixel forbids macros #
Hypixel's server rules list "disallowed modifications" and "macros" under unfair advantages. Frost's modules automate gameplay: they move, fight, mine, farm, trade on the Bazaar and play minigames for you. Using them on Hypixel breaks those rules.
Hypixel decides what it detects and how it punishes. Bans can be permanent and can wipe the value of everything on the account. Detection changes without notice.
§5 Mojang's rules for mods #
Mojang's EULA lets players create and use mods, and Mojang's Usage Guidelines set conditions on how mods are distributed and how money is made from Minecraft-related products. Mojang has the final say on what it considers a mod and may take down mods or other software that break its guidelines. Frost does not claim that Mojang has approved it.
§6 What Frost does not promise #
- Frost is not undetectable and is not "ban proof".
- Failsafes respond to some interruptions, such as kicks, deaths and limbo. They do not prevent detection or bans.
- No setting, account age or play pattern makes automation safe.
- We cannot appeal, reverse or shorten a ban, restore items, coins or progress, or recover an account.
§7 Your responsibility #
You choose whether to run Frost, on which accounts and with which settings. The consequences on Hypixel, Minecraft and Discord accounts are yours. A third-party ban does not by itself entitle you to a refund from Frost, but it does not remove any right you have under consumer law. See the Terms and the Refund Policy.
Do not run Frost on an account you cannot afford to lose, on an account that is not yours, or where doing so would break a law that applies to you.
