This summary describes the registration-stage website. It will be updated before checkout or client access opens.
Frost account data
We store your email address, an independently generated Frost account ID, a salted password hash, registration and sign-in timestamps, and account status. We never store your original password.
Discord connection data
When you connect Discord, we store your Discord user ID, username, display name, and avatar reference. Discord access tokens are used to read that identity and are not retained.
What we do not request
Frost does not request Discord messages, contacts, server administration, or your Discord password. The website does not collect payment information while checkout is closed.
Operational data
We apply short-lived rate limits to protect authentication routes. Aggregate page counts may be retained without browser fingerprints or advertising profiles.
Deletion
An authenticated account-deletion control is provided in the account dashboard. Deletion removes the Frost account and its connected Discord identity from the active database.
