In short. You pay once, in crypto, through NOWPayments. Your license appears in your account once the payment is confirmed. At checkout you agree to that immediate delivery, so licenses are not refundable once delivered. If a payment goes wrong and no license arrives, you get the license or your money back.
§1 Prices and what you buy #
- Plans and prices are shown on the pricing page and in your account before you pay. Prices are in US dollars.
- Every plan is a one-time payment. Nothing renews or charges you again. A 30-day license simply expires; buy again if you want more time.
- What you get is a license key linked to your Discord account and access to the client download in your Frost account.
§2 How crypto payment works #
- Connect Discord, tick the box agreeing to immediate delivery, choose a plan in your account and start checkout.
- NOWPayments, operated by FD Transfers LLC, opens an invoice. Choose a cryptocurrency there. NOWPayments converts the US dollar price and shows the exact amount, the network and the address.
- Send that exact amount on that network. Your wallet's network fee is on top of the invoice amount and is yours to pay.
- NOWPayments tracks the payment through the blockchain's confirmations. We check its status with NOWPayments and verify it ourselves before issuing the license.
Frost never sees or holds your wallet keys. Crypto payments cannot be reversed by us or by you once they are on the blockchain, so check the amount, currency, network and address before sending.
§3 Delivery of your license #
When the payment is confirmed, the license is issued automatically and appears in your account with the download. This usually follows the final blockchain confirmation, which takes from minutes to longer depending on the network. Your order status in the account shows where it is.
If your license has not appeared within 24 hours of NOWPayments showing the payment as finished, contact us with your order reference (it starts with FO-).
§4 Payment problems #
If money reaches us and no license is delivered, you get either the license or the money back. That is a legal requirement, not a favour.

Returned payments go back through NOWPayments' refund process, in the cryptocurrency that was received, to the address the payment came from or another address you give us. The amount returned is the crypto amount received, less the network fee for sending it back. NOWPayments reviews refunds before they are sent.
§5 Immediate delivery and your right to cancel #
If you live in the EU, EEA or UK and buy as a consumer, the law normally gives you 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content delivered straight away, like a Frost license, you can give up that right so delivery can start at once.
Frost's checkout asks you to do this before you pay: you tick a box to ask for immediate delivery and to acknowledge that, where the legal conditions are met, you lose your right to cancel once the license is delivered. You cannot start checkout without it. We record when you agreed and offer a confirmation file for download before opening the payment page. Keep the file for your records; you can download it again from your account. A checkout agreement does not remove rights that applicable law preserves.
Until your license is delivered, you can still cancel: simply do not pay the invoice, or, if you already paid and the license has not arrived, use Withdraw from a purchase. You get an immediate receipt with the date and time we received it.
§6 Model withdrawal form #
Use this form if you have a right to withdraw, including before your license is delivered. The quickest way is the online withdrawal form. Or paste this into a support ticket in the Frost Discord server, or write your own clear statement.

§7 Refunds after delivery #
Once a license has been delivered it is not refundable, including if you change your mind, stop playing, or lose access to a game account. This does not affect your legal rights if the software is faulty or not as described: you can ask us to fix it, and if we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, the law may entitle you to a price reduction or a refund.
A ban or suspension of your game account by Hypixel, Mojang or Microsoft is a risk described before purchase and does not entitle you to a refund. Neither does a license revoked because you broke the Terms.
§8 Fraud and payment disputes #
Crypto payments have no chargeback. If you believe a payment was made with your funds without your permission, contact us and the wallet or exchange you paid from. We may cancel orders and revoke licenses that were paid with funds the payer had no right to use.
§9 The payment provider #
NOWPayments is an independent company. It runs the invoice page and processes the crypto payment under its own terms and privacy policy. We are responsible to you for the sale and for delivering your license. Payment provider outages or blockchain delays are outside our control, but we will not leave a confirmed payment without a license or a refund.
§10 Contact #
Open a support ticket in the Frost Discord server with your order reference. Tickets are kept, so there is a record of anything about a refund or cancellation.
